Meet Beth Boone of Traditions at Reagan Park, our July Employee of the Month! Beth, who was born in Terre Haute, but grew up in Shelburn, Indiana, has worked for Reagan Park as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for nearly a year.
Beth and her husband Kyle Warnick call the West Side of Indianapolis home. Beth has four children. Sadly, her youngest son passed away at the age of 19 due to heart problems and her youngest daughter was tragically involved in a car accident that resulted in quadriplegia. Known for her ever-positive attitude, Beth said, “All of these events have made me a much stronger person. I also have 4 incredibly beautiful grandchildren.”
When Beth has free time, which isn’t often, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, Faith and Abba. When asked if she has any hidden talents, she shyly stated that she loves to sing… “even though I can’t!”
“I love what I do. I’ve been a CNA for 26 years; helping people is so rewarding! I adore my residents and I am fortunate enough to work with the most amazing people. It is an incredibly rewarding experience to be able to pray with residents when requested,” said Beth, “It is the best feeling. I feel truly blessed to be able to work for such a great company. We are like family.”
When asked why Beth was nominated as Employee of the Month, C.J. Boswell, Traditions at Reagan Park Executive Director said, “Beth is kind, reliable and willing to lend a helping hand wherever she is needed. She always has a positive attitude. She is a pleasure to work with and provides high quality service to our residents. She has a servant’s heart and that is evident when she serves our residents day-to-day. We are grateful she is on our team.”
