Meet Becky Tarvin, Traditions' January Resident of the Month! Becky has called Traditions of West Chester in West Chester Township, Ohio, home for a year and a half.
One of eight siblings, Becky was born and raised in Carrollton, a charming little town in northern Kentucky situated on the Ohio River at the mouth of the Kentucky River.
Before retiring, Becky was a supervisor for MRDD. She also has one beautiful daughter and three grandchildren, two of which are twins!
"Traditions of West Chester is a great place to live," exclaimed Becky. "I love the people that work and live here. The building is well-kept, and the décor is amazing. This community makes me feel like it's my home away from home."
When we asked Becky if she had any hidden talents, she blushed and said, "I am very crafty, and I'm very good at multi-tasking."
Reading is a passion of Becky's. "Danielle Steele is my favorite author."
When she isn't buried in a book, Becky enjoys playing volleyball, crafting with other West Chester residents, or enjoying her favorite meal - seafood Salad with crackers.
"Becky has such a lively spirit," said LaVel Matthers, Executive Director at Traditions of West Chester. "She always greets you with a smile, no matter the situation. Her positive attitude is contagious and contributes greatly to the amazing culture in our community."
